As a Dilly Dilly Essentials customer, we value your business and appreciate your interest in our products. We encourage good communication and therefore welcome any comments and feedback.

We do have a few POLICIES and PROCEDURES and we thank you in advance for your cooperation and taking the time to follow them.
If you have questions or concerns, please let us know. We want you to have a great experience with us and our products.

  1. Inventory Availability for Products 
    We are a small batch manufacturer and this includes our making your order for you.  When you place your order we will advise on how it will take for us to ship to you. We endeavour to turn around your products within 10 business days.  Some products (like soap bars) can take longer. And there are times of the year when we have a heavy production schedule.

  2. Please note that dried lavender flowers and buds will not always be in stock. 
    We are committed to providing freshly dried lavender and will rely on the most recent harvest. Once we run out, we have to wait for the next harvest.

  3. Ordering 
    We have organized the products by Collection.
    The prices shown are for the minimum order amount (24 units in most instances). When ordering, simply add your selected products to the cart, then go to check out.
    Please review your order carefully to make sure it is exactly what you want.

  4. Payments 
    By credit card at check out. 

  5. Shipping or Pick Up 
    At check out we will automatically calculate your shipping rate. The shipping rate is the maximum you will pay.  If we miscalculated the rate and there is a substantial savings, we'll be sure to pass along this savings to you. 

    If you want to pick up your order, please use discount code storepickup. Pick up is at 105 King Street West, Dundas, Ontario.  We will contact you to arrange a time for pick up.  

  6. Acceptance of Product on Purchase 
    Great care will be taken to ensure the safe delivery of your products.
    Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and notify us of any defects.
    Returns or exchanges are only permitted within the first 7 days after delivery.
    Note that it is your responsibility to maintain the products in your store.

  7. Selling Your Products 
    You set the prices and decide how you want to sell the products.
    It is your responsibility to ensure all rules and regulations are followed in the selling of your product. 

  8. On Our End 
    We will receive an electronic notification of your order.
    We will then review it and let you know when we can have the order ready to ship. As a small batch manufacturer, often we make your product upon ordering.  This will mean your products will be placed into our production queue.  We will endeavour, however, to ship your products quickly.

    We produce our products in small batches to ensure a long and stable shelf life and the freshness of products, we sometimes will be temporarily out of stock.
